Why was Cinderella made?
Cinderella was made as a form of entertainment. The Disney company created Cinderella and her story so they could make money. What they did was tap into what little girls like, so they will come and see the movie. In doing so though, they sent some wrong messages. When they made the movie they thought about what little girls dreamed of. They decided on the idea that any girl no matter her statues, can become special and important. When they made the movie however, they also made it seem that everyone needs a prince to be happy in life. They made it seem that girls can't save themselves.
